Quite Obsessions
Mahfuza Tabassum
I gaze upon the endless sky
Where nature breathes with every dye.
I love the drifting clouds
Like ocean's vast, deep tides.
I love the rain, the morning blow.
The crafts of hands, the birds in flight.
I love walking down a lonely road,
Within the stillness of night.
Through train windows – fields bloom,
Among the weeds and autumn grass,
In silent places, cafes, and even in crowds,
I peacefully watch the moments pass.
I have fallen in love with every sparks,
Each tiny particle I see.
For, in these little things I find
The life that is liveable for me.
